Return Policy:
At DPS, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We accept returns of our products in brand new condition within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, and in its original packaging. Skis cannot be mounted. It must be accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase. 

To begin the return process, please contact us at info@dpsskis.com. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, any original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your peace of mind, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item once it's in the hands of the shipper.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
